I believe that wellness is found in community, and that community can be created in many forms.
I believe that humans are built for safe and honorable connection with others. And that connection can come in the most unexpected ways. We can gain a sense of belonging when we find relatability in our lives to other humans, being face to face, through song lyrics or through like-minded authors.
Seeking comfort within the company of an animal or while communing with nature can give access to portions of oneself that are otherwise ignored.
Simply put, the basic, holistic needs for many people are not being met. In this world there seems to be an endless flow of “justifiable distractions”.
The list of “what must get done” supersedes the investment of who we are becoming and it becomes so easy to lose sight of our thoughts, feelings and sense of being.
In this space, I offer an invitation to imagine what it might be like to experience a life lived in authenticity.
My work is about facilitating spaces where deep reflection, creativity and shifts in perspective take place; where both learning and vulnerability are welcome in life’s stories.
This place is about the co-creation of community through collaborative curiosity; pressing into the multidimensional layers of who you have been, who you are and who you want to eventually become.
We are in this together and will have many opportunities for personal exploration including:
- 1:1 In-Office Counseling
- Telehealth Therapeutic Support
- Nature Therapy
- Expressive Art Therapy
- Breath, Body Movement & Mindfulness Development
- Lifespan Integration Therapy
- Narrative Therapy with Focus on Life as an Unfolding Story
- Attachment-based, Personality-Focused & Trauma Related Processing
Here your voice will be heard, your choices honored and your insights respected.
I believe that one’s story is important and holds deep significance, but only if it becomes close enough to see.
Through my conversational approach to connection, rooted in flexibility, with a commitment to adaptability and creativity you are welcome to be who you are without concern.
You are invited to embark on a journey of healing, growth and change that invites your whole self.
No filters.
No holding back.
Just come, exactly as you are. Unapologetically.
Because here, you belong.
Is my approach right for you?

PROFESSIONAL ACCREDITATIONS
Prior to becoming a Counselor, I helped to co-found a Washington based non-profit organization whose focus remains directed toward offering support and healing for sexual exploitation and human trafficking survivors.
While in grad school, I spent time becoming certified in Lifespan Integration Therapy; this investment has allowed me to offer story-based trauma processing in a gentle and effective way.
Additionally, I spent my final year before graduation investing in the beginning levels of certification connected to expressive arts therapy.
When I graduated from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology with my Masters in Counseling degree , I had also earned a specialization in narrative based trauma and abuse therapy.
On a more personal note
I am a mother of two incredible children as well as two dogs and 4 cats. I love to spend time snuggling them when I am not busy.
In my downtime I love gardening, hiking or laying around in a hammock with my family nearby.
I love to read about eclectic subjects, especially when the authors hold personal experience connected to the topics discussed.
Social justice and local community investments toward widespread honor and equity bring joy to my existence.
I love to write poetry on the fly, explore new places – road trip style, and I find the diverse artistic expressions of humanity as some of the most healing parts of life.
I love puzzles, and creatively exploring new culinary creations, even when they don’t turn out well.
I am a Washington State native who adores the interconnections of life and culture in this area.
I love puddle jumping when it’s rainy and am enlivened by the scent of wood burning fire pits, snacks and connection through conversational stories with friends outside.
