WORKING TOGETHER

Therapy for Whole-Body Healing

Care here goes beyond symptom management.

Work often includes

  • Learning to trust yourself, and building trust in relationships
  • Moving at a pace your nervous system can access
  • Understanding patterns that formed through stress, trauma, identity, experiences, and adaptation
  • Supporting the body’s capacity for regulation, connection, and progressive change
  • Making room for creativity as part of meaning-making and healing

Who Therapy Can Support Here

Care supports individuals who are navigating:

A diagnostic label doesn't define your value and there is so much more to receiving meaningful support. Many people simply want their experience understood in context, with enough depth in resource to create real and lasting change.

How Sessions Are Held

Therapy here is relational, collaborative, and trauma-aware.

Support centers around consent, choice, and mutual respect. Progress is not forced. Strategies are not offered without context. Choice is imperative. Care makes room for both story and symptom, for insight and nervous system realities, and for the ways healing is often a nonlinear experience.

Healing becomes more possible when the body feels safe enough to soften, reorganize, and respond differently.

Approach + Methods

A range of approaches may be integrated depending on your clinician’s style and your needs, including:
Trauma-informed psychotherapy
Nervous system–aware care
Somatic and body-based approaches
Meaning-making, identity exploration, and creative ways of accessing inner experience

A single formula does not guide this work. Care is responsive, paced, and grounded in relationship – your life and vision for the future are an important part of the process.

Healing becomes more possible when the body feels safe enough to soften, reorganize, and respond differently.

A Note About Our Group Practice

A group practice model allows clients to be matched thoughtfully with the clinician and approach that best fits the season that they’re in.

Each clinician brings their own voice and ways of working within an umbrella of trauma-informed expectations. Shared values hold the practice together: integrity, curiosity, consent-based care, and respect for the body’s intelligence. We see our mission identity as a group whose legacy of whole-body healing and therapeutic engagement works to support the needs of clients, clinicians and the broader community.
