I believe that humans are built for safe and honorable connection with others, and that through healthy connection positive growth and healing becomes possible.

Meaningful connections can come in the most unexpected ways–from person to person conversations to snuggling with an animal or wandering through nature or getting lost in the words of a song or poem.

I believe that while past memories can give us a roadmap of what to expect in life, sometimes, the meaning we make from our experiences can keep us stuck, starving or in isolation. The core of positive growth starts at safe and consistent connection from the moment that we are born, moving onward. For those who have lacked experiences of refuge through relationships that offer foundational places to rest and heal, we can still benefit at any time in the lifespan when these types of connections become accessible within our unfolding stories.

A Little About Me

Hello, My name is Victoria Hudson – I am from the beautiful pacific northwest region of Washington state. I have had wonderful opportunities to live, work and visit many areas of the world, connecting with people from varying backgrounds and cultures. I am one who is naturally drawn to the wild and weird things in the world, always finding interest in the endless ways that people learn, grow and develop. As a direct communicator & deep feeler, my greatest joy is to facilitate spaces of honest reflection that invite the normalization of feeling a wide range of emotions, without having to worry, mask or perform. The core values that guide my practice include HONESTY, RECIPROCITY and ACCOUNTABLE ACTION – I see this work, whether it be through counseling, life-coaching, in workshops or in clinical supervision, to be a collaborative invitation to be FULLY HUMAN together, which means, that emotions are welcome, that limitations are acknowledged and supported to the highest level possible and that growth always has a potential to gain momentum when shared responsibility helps to guide the way. Here we understand humanity’s journey as an intersection of individual and collective realities that hold influence and impact in the here and now, as well as throughout the generations.
