Individual Counseling
In a world that seems to be constantly changing, mental and emotional health is an important resource to prioritize and protect. The process of exploring past experiences, reflecting on the felt experience of memories and investigating the meaning being made behind the realities of our lives can be both enlightening and freeing.
Unfolding from an integrative-liberationist therapeutic perspective, counseling sessions focus on areas of individual and collective identity exploration, development and definition.
Counseling sessions take place online through a secure video meeting, linking client and therapist in a relationally focused connection. Here, care is rooted in a commitment to client-centered care that promotes the development of increased accountability, leading to proactive choice, the empowerment of voice as well as many frameworks of personal exploration. Therapy sessions at Restorative Resilience Counseling are collaborative, in nature, and set up as a long term investment built together with client and therapist, establishing trust over time, inviting increased access to creativity and curiosity that offers a more welcomed proximity to rest, play and authenticity
