Many of the people I work with come to me after a late diagnosis of autism, ADHD, or after a significant trauma experience.
Others are still sorting out how to name their experiences and their impact on their lives.
And some arrive with no name for it at all. Holding a long history of feeling out of sync at work, in relationships, in their own family, and a habit of turning the blame inward.
If you’ve spent your life adapting, masking, over-functioning, and second-guessing your own reactions, you can slow all of that down here.
We make sense of it together, without treating who you are as a problem to be corrected.

Some of the people I work with are the helpers.
The therapist. The teacher. The social worker. The one your whole circle leans on.
You’re good at keeping everyone else steady. What gets missed is that the same brilliant, over-firing brain doing all that holding is so tired, and that makes sense.
Underneath the competence runs quieter questions. Am I even allowed to need anything? What if I am not productive enough?
These questions are welcome here… and so are you.
I’m a Queer AudHdD therapist. That means I bring both lived and clinical understanding around experiences of social tension, of being “dangerously different,” and know what it’s like to carry stories of trauma in the room.
That means I bring both lived and clinical understanding of neurodivergence, along with social and emotional trauma, into the room with you.
My style is direct, honest, and grounded, with a strong thread of compassion under it. I work to be the same person in session that I’d be standing next to you in the grocery store.
A lot of people come to me after years of therapists who validated them, echoed them back, and left it there. You told your story. You got a nod. Nothing under the diagnosis was ever touched.
I go underneath. Into the patterns, the beliefs, and the nervous-system habits that hold the whole thing in place.
People tend to find me by word of mouth. A friend tells them to call because I won’t flinch.
And I won’t.

The mind and the body are built to support each other, and I treat them that way.
So I pay attention to what shows up in your body. The pain. The stiffness. The night’s sleep that won’t come, the day’s eating feels off, and the stretches when your thoughts won’t line up.
Those patterns are telling a story, and reading them is one of the things I do best.
This is also where I don’t stay in my lane.
When something outside of talk therapy would help you, I say so. Naturopathic care. Assessment. Medical support. Nutrition, bodywork, art-based resources. When it fits, I’ll make the call myself.
For people the medical system has waved off for years, that phone call has been the turning point.
I specialize in long-term therapy.
Most of the people I work with stay for years, not weeks. Deep change unfolds across the full arc of a relationship, at a pace your nervous system can hold.
You’re the expert on your own life. I’m the guide who knows the terrain.
We move at the pace your capacity allows. Some days are words. Other days, we bring in imagery, metaphor, movement, or creative process to reach what’s harder to say straight out.
Nothing here is against the rules.
Nothing here is too much to bring.
You’ve spent long enough making yourself smaller so other people could keep up.
I work online with clients across Washington and Idaho, and I’d be glad to be a person you feel you can let your guard down around.
Send me a message, and we’ll find a time to talk.
Your spot here is yours for as long as you want it.
